These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Kindly Lane at kindlylane.com (the "Store"), operated by Lodestar Commerce LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. Products and pricing

We try to describe and show products accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly by screen. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, stock problems or pricing errors. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping, returns and add-ons

Shipping, returns, refunds, Shipping Protection and warranty coverage are described in our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Extended Warranty terms, which are part of these Terms.

6. Product use

Please follow the instructions and safety information provided on each product page and with the product.

7. Warranties

Products come with the coverage described in our Refund Policy and any Extended Warranty you purchase, plus any warranties required by law. To the extent permitted by law, we make no other express warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or the Store is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store, including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping it, or placing fraudulent orders.

11. Third-party links and services

The Store may link to or use third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
